How it works

ELMS is the bridge between your billing software and UAE e-invoicing.

Bring your invoices

Excel / CSV from any software (Zoho and Tally columns recognised), XML files, PDF invoices – or let your software send each invoice through the ELMS API.

Check and fix

Every invoice and credit note is scored against the Ministry of Finance list: TRNs, addresses, emirate, VAT per line, totals, VAT in AED, credit note references. Red items show exactly what to change.

Approve and get the e-invoice

Only complete documents can be approved. Download the PINT AE XML one by one or as a ZIP – ready for your accredited service provider.

Your TRN, your company

Your seller details – TRN, trade licence, emirate, address – are set up once. Every e-invoice carries them.

Your team

Your own ELMS account with users, menu access, nightly backups and a log of every check.

Pay as you go

Prepaid credits – one per approved e-invoice. Importing and checking are always free.

Simple price

1 credit = 1 approved e-invoice or credit note. 25 credits free when you start.

Questions

Do I have to change my accounting or billing software?

No. You keep Zoho, Tally, Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, Excel or your own system. You upload your invoices (Excel, CSV, XML or PDF) or your software sends them to ELMS through the API.

What does ELMS check?

Every invoice and credit note is checked against the 41 mandatory fields of the UAE Ministry of Finance (v1.0, February 2026) and the Peppol PINT AE rules: your and your customer's TRN, addresses, emirate, VAT category per line, totals, VAT in AED, credit note references and more. You see a score and exactly what to fix.

Is ELMS an accredited service provider (ASP)?

No. Only providers accredited by the Ministry of Finance send e-invoices on the Peppol network. ELMS prepares and checks your e-invoices and gives the official PINT AE XML for your accredited service provider – direct sending through a partner provider is coming next.

When does e-invoicing start?

Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more: appoint a provider by 30 October 2026, live 1 January 2027. All other businesses: appoint by 31 March 2027, live 1 July 2027. Start checking your invoices now so your data is ready.

How do I pay?

Prepaid credits: 1 credit for each approved e-invoice or credit note. Importing and checking are free. Top up by bank transfer or card.

Is my data safe?

Your company gets its own ELMS database, nightly backups, and only your team signs in. API keys can be limited to your own IP address.
